I dropped out of a physics PhD program to commercialize a biophysics discovery that I thought would change the world- so I started an indoor farming compay to address food deserts and climate collapse.
Along the way, I spoke at an OECD conference, shaped the rules and regulations of Chicago's urban agriculture zoning ordnance, got a hydroponic lettuce accepted into Whole Foods Market, and sold an R&D Farm to Wilder Greens.
